I ran 1.6 miles this morning: 15.36min
It was 77 degrees at 6am.
I was completely drenched and dripping with sweat when I got back. It was sooo humid.
I sprayed on bug spray before leaving, it's sweat resistant so I had droplets beaded up all over my arms and legs.
I felt good for not running in so long. I felt like I was going faster than I usually do, which judging from the fact that I only had a 1/2 mile left, that may or may not be true.

On the last fifty I was planning to do two 25 underwaters, but it's apparently been too long, since I could only make it halfway before needing to come up for air.
The plan is to bike-in to work tomorrow, hopefully it'll pan out after a weather check.
